Devlog #1 Intuition Mechanic (0.16.2 Build)


0.16.2 Changes:

  • Added a new mechanic "Intuition".
  • Cutscene trigger changes.
  • Event system changes.


Hello This is AlienKat,

Happy New Year! I've had an incredibly busy end of the year so I wasn't able to work on this as much as I wanted. Hopefully the new year would be forgiving with free time. There isn't much changes this time to write about but I did add in a major mechanic called "Intuition". It's a little bear bones at the moment, but I got the general gist of what I'm looking for.


Intuition:

 Intuition (Tab) switches over to Sam's Pov. Items and monsters will be visible through walls within a small distance. Items will appear with a colored outline, the colors representing what type of item they are. They always have a border whether seen through walls or not. Monsters will have a dark red silhouette but only if viewed through a wall.
